Preparation of Microwave Induced Catalyst Fe_2O_3/Al_2O_3 and Influence of Its Activity with PEG

Microwave induced catalyst Fe2O3/Al2O3 was synthesized by homogenous precipitation method,using AlCl3· 6H2O,FeCl3·6H2O and CO(NH2)2 as material.The structural properties of powder were characterized by XRD techniques.The effect of polyethylene glycol dispersants(PEG200)on the product was studied.Results showed that the color removal of methyl orange wastewater(20mg/L)was 95.8% after 5min treatment of 2g/L catalyst at microwave power of 900W when adding 0.05% PEG.
