Preparation of Lignin-based Adsorption Material and Its Adsorption Properties

A lignin-based adsorption material was successfully prepared with sodium lignosulfonate as raw material by reversed phase suspension polymerization technique.Effect of cross-linking agent dosage,dispersing agent dosage,polymerization temperature,polymerization time and acidity on suspension polymerization and adsorption properties for methylene blue as cationic dye were studied.Experimental results indicated that the prepared adsorption material had quicker adsorption speed and higher adsorptive capacity to methylene blue.After adsorptive capacity for lignin-based adsorption material to methylene blue achieved 17.71mg/g,adsorption tended to saturation.About 30℃ was beneficial for the adsorptive capacity.
