Determination of Dibenzothiophene by Using Solid Phase Micro-extraction Coupled to High Performance Liquid Chromatography

Analysis method for determination of dibenzothiophene(DBT)in aqueous phase was established by using solid phase micro-extraction coupled with high performance liquid chromatography. Results indicated that solid phase micro -extraction showed significant strong enrichment capacity for DBT. The optimized operation conditions were as 20min of sorpion with 3min of desorption,and methanol-water (90/10,v/v)as mobile phase composition. The coefficient of variation was 2.85%,linear correlation was 0.9996,and average recovery was 102.4%,while the detection limit was at 0.03μg/mL.
