Combined System of UF-Zeolite-GAC for Pretreatment of Micropolluted Source Water

UF-zeolite-GAC biological filter process was used for pretreatment of micropolluted source water in arid areas, and results showed that under the conditions of HRT 40min,air water ratio 1: 1 and water temperature 15~25℃,removal efficiency of NH3-N,CODMn,turbidity and color was averaged at 97.34%,41.26%,94.40% and 89.62%,which were all efficient than zeolite-GAC biological filter. The treated effluent can meet the requirement of high quality source water.
