Metal Corrugated Packing in Waste Oil Treatment

Characteristics of metal corrugated packing structure were analyzed. The basic principle of metal corrugated packing is studied in oil treatment. Two oil-water separation material were compared, in the first cycle, dehydration rate of metal corrugated packing was 79.12%, 21% higher than traditional folding net. It is effective to wipe off minute water from waste oil by metal corrugated packing in the experiment. Compared 250Y metal corrugated packing with 350Y metal corrugated packing,single factor experiment is applied to measure the water oil of evaporation efficiency. It is indicated that evaporation efficiency of 350Y metal corrugated packing is not higher than 250Y metal corrugated packing.
