Air Environment Quality Assessment Based on Set Pair Analysis Combined with Genetic Algorithm

Set pair analysis is a theory of quantitative analysis for certain and uncertain issues,but different degree coefficient ———"i"is uncertain. In fact,connection number is still indeterminable because of the uncertain of"i",even though identical degree,different degree and counter degree of connection number have been ascertained. It was suggested that the connection number is ultimately certain by using genetic algorithm to optimize "i",and the method of set pair analysis combined with genetic algorithm could be proposed to evaluate air environment quality. The results of assessment shows the method is a feasible solution comparing to other assessment results.
