Microwave Induced Catalyst CuO/γ-Al_2O_3 for Treatment of Reactive Brilliant Blue

CuO/γ-Al2O3 catalyst were prepared by homogenous precipitation-coated method and applied to microwave induced oxidation process.The crystal structures of catalysts were characterized through XRD.Effects of catalyst dosage,microwave power and microwave irradiation time on the color removal of Reactive Brilliant Blue simulated wastewater were investigated.Results showed that color removal of Reactive Brilliant Blue of 50mg/L was 95.3% after 3min treatment of 2g/L catalyst at microwave power of 720W.
