Design and Operating Results Analysis of the 180m~2 Sintering Flue Gas Desulfurization System of HY Steel Tube Plant

XING Ru-yi CHEN Bo-ming (Hunan Research Academy of Environment Science,Changsha 410004,China)  
On the basis of Italy IDRECO limestone--calcium sulfate flue gas desulphurization technology ,the sintering flue gas desulphurization system has been established in the 180m2 sinter machine of Hengyang Steel Tube Plant. In The principle,process and main design parameters of the system of FGD were introduced ,its production status was summarized and its running effect and cost were analyzed ,besides ,its shortages were pointed out and some suggestions proposed.
