Determination of Acrylamide in Surface Water by HPLC/MS

The determination of acrylamide in surface water by HPLC/MS was studied,and results showed that the detection limit of the method was 0.1 μg/L,recovery rate 93.6%~112%,and relative standard error 2.3%~7.9%,which was lower than the limited value of 0.5 μg/L set by WHO,Surface Water Quality Standard and Drinking Water Standard.The method has advantages of simple pretreatment and high accuracy.
