The Rapid Qualitative Technology Research of Microcystis aeruginosa and Chlorella pyrenoidosa

Microcystis aeruginosa and Chlorella pyrenoidosa are very common in cyanobacterial,they are similar both in size and shape and is not easy to distinguish,use the phytoplankton flow cytometry instrument to make some preliminary studies on the rapid detection and distinguish of M.aeruginosa and C.pyrenoidosa.Though the comparement of the parameters index to select the two with distinguish advantage,SWS Average which represents the degree of complexity of intracellular grnules and FL Red Average which behalf of the chlorophyll content,to make the multidimensional screening and distinguish of the two algae species.According to the selected parameters index,export corresponding characteristic signal pattern,Further investigated the characteristic of its signal spectrum.The research shows that the distinction between two algae species can be made by two indicators,the first is signal intensity and the second is signal smoothness.
