Fuzzy Matter Element Model in the Watershed Water Resources Evaluation in the Application of Resources Reproducible Ability

In order to follow the water resources sustainable development and solve the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources in a watershed,seeking a clear physical meaning,simple and practical of evaluation model to accurate reflect actual water resources reproducible ability grade in a watershed have a very important theoretical research value and reality significance.Therefore,this paper based on composite fuzzy matter element and differential square composite fuzzy matter element of the establishment of watershed water resources reproducible,Combined with the concept of the European approach degree,adoptting the different to reflect the specific or feature values of evalution indexes as the weight of evalution indexes,The example describes the specific application of the method,compares other methods and finds that the model ispractical feasible.
