Optimization of Purification Method for Organophosphate Esters Determination in Plants

With Canna as an example,this study aimed at the optimization of purification method for organophosphate esters(OPEs) determination in plants.Three kinds of solid-phase extraction(SPE) methods were applied and compared with each other.By evaluating the color and recovery of the eluted liquid after SPE,one optimized method was selected.Results showed that through cascade connection of Florisil and GCB cartridges,with hexane and ethyl acetate as leachate and eluent,colorless eluate and good recoveries of 8 target OPEs(78.7%~133.1%) can be obtained.Evaluation of matrix effects showed that recoveries of the target compounds in root,stems and leaves were 67.34%~138.81%,63.98%~120.4%and 61.33%~146.38%,respectively,which could meet the requirements of analysis.
