Research on Pathogenicity of Metarhizium anisopliae FJMa2014-0501 Strain Against Locastra muscosalis larvae

In this paper,pathogenicity of Metarhizium anisopliae FJMa2014-0501 strain against Locastra muscosalis larvae was analyzed using time-dose-mortality model(TDM).Results showed that,after the L.muscosalis larvae were inoculated with different concentration suspension of M.anisopliae FJMa2014-0501,the cumulative mortality of larvae was increased with time.The cumulative mortality of L.muscosalis larvae reached 100% 6 day and 7 days after inoculating with 1.0×10~9 and 1.0×10~8 spores·mL~(-1),respectively.It reached 100% 11 days after inoculating when using 1.0×10~7 spores·mL~(-1),while using 1.0×10~6 and 1.0×10~5 spores·mL~(-1),the cumulative mortality of larvae were 91.2% and 55.6% respectively,14 days after inoculating.A time-dose-morality model was used to analyze the experiment data and the model fit the data well,resulting in parameters for estimating the time and dose effects.The estimated LC50 values were 8.41,7.58,6.29 and 5.69 respectively when 4,5,6 and 7 days after L.muscosalis larvae were inoculated with M.anisopliae FJMa2014-0501.The median lethal time(LT50) were 5.42,4.48 and 3.28 days when L.muscosalis larvae inoculated with M.anisopliae FJMa2014-0501 suspension which concentration were 1.0×10~7,1.0×10~8 and 1.0×10~9 spores·mL~(-1) respectively.The results showed that M.anisopliae FJMa2014-0501 was a strain with high pathogenicity against L.muscosalis larvae,and had potential application value.
