Climate Suitability Evaluation of Mountain Tourism in Qiandongnan Guizhou

According to climatic data for 1985—2010,temperature-humidity index and air temperature lapse rate are used to analyze spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of climate resources for mountain tourism in Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture.The results show that:from the perspective of climate comfort degree for tourism,the suitable time for mountain tourism in Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture is from March to November,among which the best time is April,May,September and October.The climate comfort range for mountain tourism during summer is above the altitude of 1100 m;the place with the altitude of over 1500 m is suitable for recuperation in mountains;technology supports are offered to rationally adjust tourism items and services and forge a region-wide tourist industry based on geographic and weather features in the Southeast of Guizhou Province.
