Effects of Glucose Addition on CO_2 Release from Soil Microbes in Orchard

Glucose,a basic nutrient substrate,was added to the soil to observe the dynamic changes of soil CO_2 released at different glucose levels and in different time.The results showed that with the increase of the adding amount of glucose,the release amount CO_2 in orchard soil increased first and then decreased,and the release amount of CO_2 reached the peak when the glucose was added to 12 g·L~(-1).Within the culture of 5 h,the release amount of CO_2 of soil under each treatment of adding glucose increased with the prolongation of culture time,and reached the peak at 3 hafter culture.
