Study on the Correlation between Landscape Pattern Change and Soil Erosion in Huaxi River Watershed

In order to further analyze the relationship between landscape pattern and soil erosion,it was analyzed the landscape pattern and soil erosion in the study area from 2005 to 2015. The results show that different landscape pattern types have different erosion modulus and reasonable landscape pattern is conducive to the control of soil erosion.The results indicated that the patch area of construction land increased from 7 094. 47 hm~2 to 16 613. 28 hm~2 in 10 years. During the past 10 years,the soil and water loss in the study area has been reduced and then increased,which was closely related to the urban expansion. In particular,the construction of Guian New District in Guizhou Province in2010 has changed the landscape pattern of Huaxi River Basin. The ecological function and water soil conservation capacity is strong in the garden plaque and forest patches,while the dry land is prone to the soil erosion.
