The Effect of Ca~(2+)、Mg~(2+)、SO_4~(2-)、PO_4~(3-) on Jinning Phosphate Rock Flotation

The waste water in flotation process with many times cycle will influence the flotation process when the accumulation of agents and inorganic ions to a certain concentration,such as increasing the agent consume,reducing the recovery or even influencing concentrate quality.In order to research the high concentration of mineral inorganic ions floatability influence,Ca2+,Mg2+,SO42-and PO43-are separately added in Jinning phosphate rock direct-flotation process with single factor and orthogonal test.It shows that Ca2+ and Mg2+ influence phosphate direct-flotation significantly,and must be removed when more than 100 mg/L,so dressing waste water can be recycled.
