High Quality Friction Material Based on Boron Modified Resin

The research is about the boron modified resin and its content influence to the brake friction material friction and wear performance.The experiments of normal resin show that use the boron modified resin as binder of brake pad in high temperature and high speed will not turn up the heat recession phenomenon.And in the process has good friction coefficient and lower wear rate,with the increase of resin measurement and test intensity increase,the boron modified resin as a matrix of the brake pad manifests excellent high temperature performance and lower wear rate apparently.
