Design of Innovative Business Model of Express:Convenience Stores Based on Community O2O

Innovative business model design is carried out on the express convenience stores that locate in the community,which can make the express companies to surpass other competitors in the fierce community O2 O competition,and upgrade to comprehensive logistics service providers. Following the rule of community O2 O from both competition level and market level while choosing fresh produt as the theme of express convenience store,this paper introduces four major components of business model to decompose innovative business model design into four elements,which are orientation of creative value,diversification of profit models,Internet introduced operation model for fresh product supply chain,and fuzzy interface model,from which to build a business model with market competitiveness.
