Staff Turnover in Bank Customer Service Center:A Case Study of a Commercial Bank Customer Service Center

Customer service center of bank build a bridge of communication between bank and customer,thus the service quality of bank can directly affect the business and the image of the bank. The high rate of staff turnover in customer service center of a branch in Fujian is a key factor affecting the development of the center and the source of high turnover rate is from enterprise management. Bank should decrease the assessment project and reduce the assessment criteria,adopt a more scientific diverse business training,and make career planning for staff.
