Looking at Singapore's Innovation in Basic Education Reform from PISA's Performance over the Past Decade

In recent years, Singapore is famous for the PISA exam. Education policy makers, education scholars and researchers all have a keen interest in its basic education. This article seeks to find suitable educational measures from Singapore's outstanding PISA exam performance. In sorting out the relevant literature that has influenced the success of Singapore's PISA exam, we found that in recent years Singapore has made a number of reforms and innovations in basic education. This paper has selected and analyzed part of the innovations with a view to promoting the reform of China's basic education.
