COUPLED CALCULATION OF DOSE RATE AND TEMPERATURE IN THE NEAR FIELD OF A HIGH LEVEL RADIOACTIVE WASTE DISPOSAL REPOSITORY

The dose rate at different time inside and outside the term solidified waste form in a HLW repository is calculated. The result is used as source heat in the temperature simulation model to make the dose rate field and the temperature coupled.When calculating the temperature,dose rates both inside and outside the solidified waste form are taken into consideration. The results show that the dose rate outside the solidified product has some impacts to the temperature distribution of a HLW repository. (
