INTRODUCTION AND COMPARISON OF DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN ELECTROMAGNETIC RADIATION PROTECTION STANDARD

IEEE C95.1 and ICNIRP Guidelines are representative of the exiting electromagnetic radiation protection standards.A series of electromagnetic radiation protection standards were published by State Environmental Protection Administration of China since 1980s.But with the further research of bioeffect and the adverse effects to human health induced by exposure to electromagnetic field,whether the exiting standards,based on short-term thermal effects,can provide the safeguard for the health of people or not,has arisen the attention of experts and scholars.The paper presents some recommendations for preparing new electromagnetic radiation protection standard.
