On Kang Youwei's Education Improvement Thoughts

Kang Youwei is a famous enlightenment thinker in modern China. His educational thought has a distinct enlightenment mark. Especially during the reform movement of 1898, Kang Youwei paid great attention to education, and called out education for improvement. This includes calling for the abolition of the old-style education, which is based on the eight-share test, drawing on the education model and talent training scheme of the west, creating new talents and sending overseas students to countries. Through Kang Youwei education improved thoughts, it can not only understand him in the period of the one hundred reform of education thought, but help to fully grasp his enlightenment as well as the distinct features different from that of the contemporaries.
