Study on Explosibility and Explosion Protection Measures for Bituminous Dusts

Deng Xufan Xie Lin Zhong Shengjun Li Gang Sun Li Dang Junxiang (Industrial Explorion Protection Institute (IEPI), Northeastern University)
This paper presents the test results of the explosibility of 11 types of bituminous and anthracite dusts of China and the influence of initial presure, temperature, oxygen concentra-tion to explosibility of bituminous dusts. Some ideas of explosion protection measures for bitumi-nous dusts of different explosibility under different process conditions are presented also.
