Electrostatic Dispersion Research on Superfine Coal Powder

LI Gui-chun, JI Shou-feng (School of Resourcc and Environment, Institute of Science and Technology of Heilongjiang, Harbin 150027, China)  
In order to resolve the key problem of agglomeration in the superfine coal powder processing and utilizing and improve the additional value and functions of coal powder, the effect of electrostatic dispersion and its main influence factors through orthogonal test were studied. The particle size was examined before and after the experiment of electrostatic dispersion by CILAS1064. The results indicateed that the particle size was diminished obviously after treated by electrostatic dispersion,electrostatic dispersion function can keep about 7 days. Obviously, the electrostatic dispersion method is valid to disperse the agglomeration of the superfine coal powder.
