Pulp density and fineness detection system based on screening po

To cheaply and efficiently detect the pulp density and fineness, a pulp density and fineness detection system based on screening pot was proposed. It was composed of a screening pot structure and a detection control entity, of which the screening pot was used for qualified and unqualified solid separation in the pulp,and the control entity was used for pulp weight measurement and calculation. During the detection process, smoothing filtering technique was adopted for the acquired data, and piecewise linear function was applied to fit the relationship between weight and acquired data. Experiment results show that compared with traditional drying method, the density and fineness detection precision difference with the proposed system is just around 2%with a sharp reduction in detection time consumption.
