Exercise Intervention for Patients with Severe Autism Research

ZHANG Gu-wen;XU-Kai;GAO-Run;QU-Tao;YE-Qiang;Nanjing Sport Institute;Nanjing Brain Hospital;Nanjing Mingxin Children's intelligence training Center;  
objective: through go run of eight weeks of low intensity exercise on six 14 to 20 years old autistic AETC dysfunction rating scale( loneliness),BMI,muscle content,the influence of the rate of constitution. Low intensity go running exercise intervention on the relationship between the influence of people with autism. Methods: six 14 ~20 diagnosed autism patients exercise intervention,body composition and AETC scale before and after the test evaluation. Results: AETC rating scale to drop,the overall weight gain,body fat rate rise as a whole. Conclusion: exercise intervention has a positive effect on people with autism,and exercise intervention time the sooner the better; In dealing with people with autism need to encourage,recognize and reward the atmosphere,to their exercise intervention to increase strength training; The movement of people with autism intervention is a long-term,not just on school education,family education of exercise intervention is urgently needed.
