Studies on the Coupling Technique of High Performance Capillary Electrophoresis and Charge Coupled Device Detection Ⅳ.Monte Carlo Simulation

Based on the feature of capillary electrophoresis affected by more uncertain fac tors, Monte Carlo simulation was used to explore the influences of error factors, such as op eration parameters of charge-coupled device detector, sample injection, applied voltages,temperature etc., on detected signal intensities, determination accurcy and precision. And the relative superiority of quantitative calculation methods of peak height and peak volume is compared. The results are significant for the further exploration and application of capillary electrophoresis with charge-coupled device detector.
