A Mathematical Correction Method for X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometric Analysis of Stainless Steel

The cross-effect of Cr, Ni, Fe elements was explored in using DJ, JIS correction models for XRF analysis of stainless steel, and based on the C-Q equation, a similar XRF correction equation was developped, and the cross-effect of Cr, Ni, Fe was effectively cor rected. The analytical results of stainless steel were greatly improved, and the maximum er ror was only 0. 5%. The method is simple, covenient, flexible and practical, and can be widely applied.
