Synthesis of Bonded Stationary Phase of 5, 10, 15,20- Tetrakis(4-hydroxyphenyl)porphine-silica and Its Application to the Nucleotides Analysis

5,10,15,20-Tetrakis (4-hydroxyphenyl) porphine (THPP ) had been synthesized and used as a stationary phase ligand. A wide-pore(30 nm), microspheric silica(8μm) as the matrix activated by γ aminopropyltriethoxysilane, then reacted with spacer arm-epichlorohydrin, and bonded with the THPP li- gand to produce a new stationary phase of charge-transfer type-THPP-silica. When phosphate buffer(pH =7. 0) was used as the mobile phase, the separation of nucleosides and nucleotides was achieved by the detection of ultraviolet detector (254 nm).
