Solid Surface Room Temperature Delayed Fluorimetry of Ruinum and Paeonl

The solid surface room temperature delayed fluorimetry (RTDF) of rutinum and paeonol, effective compoents in Chinese herbal medicine was established with filter paper as a solid substrate. Meanwile, various factors influencing RTDF intensity were studied in detail. Experiments showed that the linear range of analytical curve was 5 × 10~(-6) ~ 1 × 10~(-4)mol/L for rutinum and 1 × 10~(-6) ~ 1 × 10~(-3)mol/L for paeonol. The detection limit was 0. 52 ng/spot for rutinum and 0. 08 ng/spot for paeonol.
