Study on Separation for Mix Of Phenols and Alkylation Products Of Pyrazine Using High Performance Liquid Chromatograpy with Simplex

The separation conditions for mix containing phenol, o-methylphenol、p-diphenol、o-diphenol、o-nitrophenol and α-naphthol as well as alkylation products of pyrazine were investigated and the effects of various parameters on separation discussed. A comprehensive evaluation criterion for HPLC optimization separation was proposed and the methods for separation mix of phenols and alkylation of pyrazine were established. This method has been applied to the separation of the complex system containing six phenols and alkylation products of pyrazine. The satisfactory results of separation were obtained using the optimal conditions obtained by MSM optimization.
