Determination of Trace Cobdalt(Ⅱ)by Catalytic Kinetic Spectrophotometry

In this paper, a new method has been studied for the determination of trace cobalt oy catalytic kinetic spectrophotometry,The proposed method is based on the catalytic reaction of Co(Ⅱ) on the oxidation of chlorosulphonphenol S with H_2O_2, the range of measurement is 0~0.06μg/25mL and the detection limit is 6.15×10~-12g/mL. The method has been applied to the determination of trace cobalt in soybean, peanut, glossy ganoderma and semen trigonellae with satisfactory results.
