Separation and Determination of Nine Antioxidants in Oil and Fat by Reversed-Phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography

The liquid chromatographic behaviours of nine antioxidants was studied. Using methanol water acetic acid system as the mobile phase, the optimum separation was achieved with gradient elution. The linear ranges were 1~200 mg/L(r=0.9985~0.9997). The detection limits were 2 mg/kg. The recoveries and RSD were 82.4%~98.7% and 1.01%~4.74%, respectively.
