Separation of Chiral Medication Mixture with Water as Eluent on the Stationary Phase Coated with Surfactant Micelle

Discuss conditions about stability for chiral stationary phase. Resolve enantiomorphs of amlodipine, ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, fenbid, chlorpheniramine, mexileline with water as eluent on the stationary phase coated with surfactant micelle. Explore conditions for separate racemic of ephedrine, pseudoephedrine and amilodipine. The separation factor is best when pH value of the eluent is 5.5; separate degree has increased while added boric acid into eluent and it is best when the concentration of boric acid is 2.5~5 mmol/L.
