Preparation of High-inert, Low-bleed and High-performance Fused-silica Capillary Columns for Gas Chromatography and Analysis of Organic Chlorine Pesticide Residues in Medicinal Plants and Foods

Through adding organic Tin catalyst in deactive agents to treat the fused-silica capillary tubes, the active sites on its inner surface were shielded. The columns gave the best results on the wettability,inert,high-performance and stability of high temperature. At same time, the wettability between different stationary and different deactive layers was compared. The high quality columns were applied to the analysis of organic chlorine pesticide residues in medicinal plants and foods with satisfactory results.
