High-resolution Hadamard Transform Microscopic Fluorescence Image Analysis (Ⅱ)Image Acquisition, Processing and Quantitative Analysis of DNA in Single Cells

In this study, by combining fluorescence microscope and image processing to Hadamard transform(HT) multiplexed imaging technique, an automatic system was established to quantitatively analyze DNA in single cells based on fluorescence imaging. The principle of Hadamard transform multiplexed imaging, the encoding and decoding of signal and the quantitative method of single cells were investigated in detail. It was found that the analytical results were reliable when the system was applied to cellular quantitative analysis.
