Separation Optimization of Nitrobenzene Compounds by HPCE

The applicability of orthogonal array designs(OADs)for the optimization of separation in micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography was investigated. The affecting factors including pH, concentrations of SDS, CD and methanol (CH 3OH) on the quality of the separation were studied. Optimum separation conditions were obtained, which gave good resolution of the components of o,m,p-nitroluene and 2,4-dinitrotoluene within 30 min.
