Residual Analysis of Zineb in Radix Isatidis and Folium Isatidis

A headspace gas chromatography method(flame photometric detector) for determining zineb in Radix Isatidis and Folium Isatidis was developed.Good linearity of zineb was obtained over the range of 0.1~5 mg/kg(R2=0.9985) with the recoveries from 80.6% to 115.2%,and variation coefficient from 4.8% to 9.0%,respectively.The concentration detectable limit was 0.01 mg/kg.
