Determination of Trace Lead in Pine Pollen of Health Foods by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

The experimental conditions of graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry were optimized by several means,such as the selection of guaranteed reagent to reduce background,the use of multiple cleaning of glass ware to control pollute,the control of acid content to ensure sensitivity,and the adoption of NH4H2PO4 as the matrix modifier to clear up matric interference.Under the optimized conditions,a Pb recovery of up to 90% was obtained.The method was applied to the determination of Pb in a certified reference material(tea leaves GBW 10016) and the results obtained agreed well with the certified value.The method could potentially be used in the determination of Pb in pine pollen samples.
