Determination of the Adulteration of Infant Formula Milk Powder in Infant Formula Goat Milk Powder by Nonlinear Chemical Fingerprint Method

The adulteration of infant formula milk powder in infant formula goat milk powder was rapidly determined by the nonlinear chemical fingerprint method with least square method.Firstly,the nonlinear chemical fingerprints of standard samples with different content of infant formula milk powder in infant formula goat milk powder were obtained,and a linear calibration model was established for a linear relationship between the stop wave time and the content of infant formula milk powder by the least square method.Then,the content of infant formula milk powder in mixed milk powder was calculated by using the calibration model.Lastly,according to the content of infant formula milk powder in mixed milk powder,the authenticity and quality of the sample may be accurately identified and quantitatively evaluated.The results showed,the correlation coefficient was 0.9945,the RSDs were 0.53%-2.18%,the recoveries were 95.3%-107.0%,and the detection limit was 1.09%.The method had good accuracy,reproducibility with simple operation,and could be a practical and feasible approach for determining the adulteration of infant formula milk powder in infant formula goat milk powder.
