Electrochemical Determination of Oxytetracycline Based on the Enhancement Effects of Solvent-Exfoliated Grapheme

Using N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone(NMP)as the exfoliation solvent,graphene nanosheets(GS)were prepared by ultrasonic exfoliation of graphite powder.After centrifugation,the obtained GS solid was re-dispersed into N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF)with lower boiling point,and a GS modified glassy carbon electrode(GS/GCE)was then prepared by solvent evaporation.The electrochemical behaviors of oxytetracycline were studied,and it was found that the oxidation signal of oxytetracycline enhanced greatly on the surface of GS/GCE.The experiment conditions were optimized,and an electrochemical method with high sensitivity was developed for the detection of oxytetracycline.The linear range was 5.0×10-8-1.0×10-6μmol/L,and the detection limit was 1.5×10-8 mol/L.It was applied for the analysis of urine samples,and the results were accurate.
