Preparation and application of isocarbophos sensor based on molecularly imprinting technique

In this paper,a non-conductive sensor is reported for the detection of isocarbophos which is based on a molecularly imprinted copolymer(MIP) of pGA-PD.The pGA-PD was electropolymerized on a glassy carbon electrode(GCE) with o-phenylenediamine(o-PD) and gallic acid(GA) as functional monomers and isocarbophos as template molecule via potentiodynamic cycling of potential in phosphate buffer solution(PBS).The performance of the MIP membrane was characterized by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) and cyclic voltammetry(CV).Isocarbophos was measured by differential pulse voltammetry(DPV) through probe-K3Fe(CN)6 on the electrode.The results showed that,the peak currents were linear to the isocarbophos concentrations in the range from 2.00×10-7 to 2.00×10-4 mol/L,with the detection limit of 6.06×10-8 mol/L(S/N = 3) under the optimal conditions.Moreover,the MIP sensor was applied to the determination of isocarbophos in vegetables with the recoveries of 96.8%~104.0%.
