Study on the adsorption ability to methyl carbamate of magnetic molecularly imprinted polymers

Methyl carbamate( MC) is a byproduct in the process of food fermentation,Small quantities of MC is harmful to human health. MC magnetic molecularly imprinted polymers( MC-MIPs) were prepared with the modified Fe3 O4 particles as magnetic carrier by precipitation polymerization,MC as the template molecule,acrylic acid as the functional monomer and dimethyl fermamide( DMF) as the porogen. The adsorption properties of MC-MIPs on MC in aqueous solution and the enrichment effect in liquor were studied. The results showed that the adsorption equilibrium was reached after 3 h. In p H7. 0 at 25℃,MC-MIPs had a maximum adsorption capacity of 19. 752 mg/g,and showed a good specificity for MC adsorption. The adsorption process was well fitted with pseud-second order kinetic equation and Langmuir isothermal adsorption model. For Freundlich model,the enrichment effect in liquor was basically consistent with that in aqueous solution. MC-MIPs were easy to be separated after adsorption for it's superparamagnetic property,and showed a good prospect in MC enrichment and purification treatment.
