Rapid analysis of titanium in ferroalloy by X-ray fluorescence energy spectrometer

In this paper,the FeKαescape peak interference quick deduction method was studied.The FeKαpeak proportional deductions,FeKαescape peak high-energy symmetric deduction method and low-energy TiKαpeak symmetric integral method were got.Work curve of the production and the actual sample measurement results show that these rapid analysis methods are reliable and accurate.
