Determination of seven pesticide residues in tea by domestic gel permeation chromatograph

A method for determination of 7kinds of pesticide residues in tea using accelerated solvent extraction-gel permeation chromatography-GC/MS was established in this paper.Acetonitrile-dichloromethane(V/V,1/1)was employed as solvent in accelerated solvent extraction.Extract was purified by gel permeation chromatograph(GPC)to remove macromolecular impurities and then followed by GC/MS analysis.The results showed that recoveries were between 79.2%-100.8% with 0.5μg standard addition,and RSD values were between 3.15%-13.34%.This fast,accurate and highly automated method with good extraction rate and purification result is very applicable in daily tea analysis.
