Western Textile Industry at the Transition of Century
At the end of the 20th century, reorganization is an economic performance widely adopted by western textile enterprises to keep their technological advancement, competitive advantages and leading position. The article analyses the positive role that reorganization plays in the expansion of production scale and leading technological advancement through discussing its inter- national background and operation modes. The article also pre- dicts the development trend in early 21st century should be based on hi-tech such as environment-friendly technology and information technology, with technical innovation as the goal of research and development.
