Control System for Dobby Servo Mechanism on Wide Loom

In this paper, the circuit control system and related program for dobby servo mechanism are designed. By using position control module OMRON NC413, various functions of the dobby servo mechanism, such as return weaving and heddle leveling with one click can be achieved. Meanwhile, the action program for the dobby servo mechanism is written based on software CX-Programmer, which helps achieve precise coordination between dobby servo mechanism and weft insertion and beating motions.
