Application Effects of Humic Acid Fermentation Peptide, Bacillus Subtilis and Lactobacillus Acidlophilus in Mixed Feeding of Sea Cucumber and Shrimp

The humic acid fermentation peptide,Bacillus Subtilis,Lactobacillus Acidophilus were used in the cultivation of sea cucumbers and shrimps,and the effect of yield increase was studied experimentaly.In the sea cucumber and shrimp large-area mixed feeding,the results showed that compared with the control group,the weight gain rate of sea cucumber increased 22.76%~28.49%,the weight gain rate of shrimps increased12.18%~25.64%,net income increased 3480~4050 yuan/667 m~2.In the sea cucumber large-area feeding,the results showed that compared with the control group,the weight gain rate of sea cucumber increased45.02%,the rate of survival increased 6.67 percentage points,feed conversion rate reduced 0.498,net income increased 1040 yuan/667 m~2.In the shrimp large-area feeding,the results showed that compared with the control group,the weight gain rate of shrimps increased 30.28%,the rate of survival increased 24.4 percentage points,feed conversion rate reduced 0.221,net income increased 250 yuan/667 m~2.In summary,humic acid fermentation peptide is an innovative biological feed additive,which has a broad prospect in aquaculture.
